# How to Make It:
- Arrange 8 clear cups with 6 to 8 oz capacity for layering.
- Dissolve red flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Divide evenly between cups, approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Place cups in refrigerator at a slight angle using a muffin tin for support and chill for 45 to 60 minutes until fully set.
- Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a clean bowl and let bloom for 5 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water into the mixture and stir until completely dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once red layer is completely set, gently pour white layer mixture on top, approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Position cups upright and refrigerate for 45 to 60 minutes until firm.
- Dissolve blue flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once white layer is firmly set, gently pour blue gelatin mixture over the white layer, approximately 2 tablespoons per cup. Refrigerate upright for a minimum of 2 hours until fully set.
- Top each cup with whipped cream and fresh berries immediately before serving.
