# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl; toss to coat evenly.
03 - Arrange seasoned tomatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20–25 minutes until softened, caramelized, and slightly blistered. Allow to cool briefly.
04 - Place feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor. Process until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
05 - Spread whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
06 - Spoon roasted cherry tomatoes and their juices evenly over the whipped feta. Garnish with torn basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
